Open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple or Google account that bought it.
Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by us. On iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android open Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
In the app, open the menu, go to Account and choose Delete account. That permanently removes your invoices, clients and business details. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
