Using the app

InoBill lets you create invoices and estimates, record payments and share documents as PDFs. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your content is yours

The invoices, clients and business details you enter belong to you. You are responsible for their accuracy and for making sure the documents you send meet the tax and invoicing rules that apply where you do business.

Free tier and subscription

• The app is free to use, including creating and sending a limited number of invoices each calendar month.
• InoBill Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly. The exact price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
• A free trial, where offered, applies once per subscription group. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings or in Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds are handled under their policies. We cannot issue refunds directly, but we will help you with a request.

What we do not promise

The app is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. InoBill is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and we are not liable for business losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Keeping your own copies

Your records sync to our hosting provider, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you need for tax or legal purposes. The app can export your data.

Ending access

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend access if the app is used unlawfully or in a way that harms the service or other people.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
